Field of dreams...

I'm developing this ning community because at a time of mass information distribution, I'm fascinated by the idea of the niche social network. I want to understand the process involved in creating a thriving one. I personally think that an online community of project managers in the Louisville area will serve as an asset to the growth and development of the individual PMs involved.

If you build it, they will come... I'm excited about the possibilities.
