I put in some work over the weekend and am really excited about the possibilities around LouisvillePM becoming like a local mini Monster.com for PMs. Here is a breakdown:

FREE JOB LISTINGS
That's right... In the interest of making this place the premiere online location for project management jobs in Louisville, I've dismantled my dream of getting rich off of $10 job postings and am opening up the forums for people with job openings to place job descriptions. Check this link to learn how to post a job and this link to post a job.

Again, it is now free to post job openings on LouisvillePM. So lets see some. Let's see a lot, huh? :)

JOB SEEKERS
If you're looking for a job, I have created a forum where you can post about yourself and let people know about the type of work you find interesting. This will hopefully make it easy for recruiters/employers to cruise the site and find fills for their openings.

EMPLOYER DIRECTORY
I'm really excited about this bad boy. I've taken all LouisvillePM members names and employer names and created a directory that you may download and share with whomever. This is your in... If you've been wondering what its like to work at Company X, now you know somebody, or at least somebody's name, who works there and can reach out to them, no stalking allowed. Do reach out though, by leaving a friendly comment or direct message introducing yourself, and get to know somebody new.

I'm probably most excited about this list, because the larger LouisvillePM's membership gets, the better the list gets.

These changes are my gift to the community. All that I ask is that you utilize them to their fullest potential... and you will have made it worth the effort. :)
